Launch Adobe Premiere and choose an appropriate preset or use the same setting as in this guide (DV-NTSC Real-time Preview) and click OK when done.


Premiere shows a project workspace with an empty timeline. Click Open to locate the provided 10-second video clip (1.360x240.avi). Premiere shows the first frame of the video clip as following:


Drag the input video clip and drop it on the Video 1A area of the time line as shown below.
