We now drag the track rnd01-t from the Asset Manager window and drop it to the
Title_1 icon to create the first chapter. An entry PGC labeled rnd01-t-pgc is created
for the title Title_1 to hold the first track with no precommands and no postcommands.
The icon labeled rnd01-t-scn-pg represents the first chapter of the title. The icon
labeled rnd01-t-scn-cell represents the cell which contains the multiplexed streams
of video (and audio if present) for the first chapter.
We continue to add the remaining chapters by dragging the tracks rnd02-t through
rnd16-t and drop them on the PGC icon as shown in the following picture. You should
note that we need to drop the dragged items on the PGC icon so that the remaining
chapters are created.
