We now switch to the Track Editor tab to build the required tracks for the menus. We drag the data item page0 (which is the image of the root menu) and drop it to the right pane of the Track Editor window as following.



Scenarist prompts for the type of track to create. We select "Still Menu" for all data items page0 through page4. The selection "Apply to All" is set to created all selected items as still menus.



Now we can add a mask (or highlight) layer to the root menu track. We first select the still scene (labeled page0mask) as shown in the following picture. From the Asset Manager window, drag the item page0mask from the subfolder "Subpictures" and drop it to an empty area between the Still and Scenes timeline as following.
