Scenarist creates a title-entry PGC for the second title. This PGC is the second PGC
in the video title set. The PGC has its first program as the first chapter and the
cell containing the video portion which does not display the embedded logo. The icons
representing the PGC, its program and cell are created automatically as following.
We continue to add the remaing chapters by dragging the appropriate split scenes
(labeled 02r-t-scn_1 and 03r-t-scn_1) and dropping them to the PGC icon (labeled
01r-t-scn_1-pgc) as following.
When the process is complete, the second title contains three chapters which contain
all portions of the original video that do not have the embedded logo. The cells in
the PGC of the second title are non-seamless by default. The cells in this PGC
are not duplicated (no increase in storage requirements) but are referred to by their
proper physical sector address. This cell mapping can make a DVD title extremely
flexible to provide many arbitrary views of the same video/audio segment. The post
command of the title-entry PGC of title 1 is changed so that playback is continued
with the first chapter of the second title, after the last chapter of the first title
is finished. We can drag the postcommand icon of the PGC (labeled 01r-t-pgc) and drop
it to the title (labeled Title_2) as following.
