The following procedure is an alternate method to assign virtual machine command to each menu button. This method is used to modify existing button commands or to assemble new commands with conditional branching which cannot be generated automatically. We double click the icon Btns to get back to the Simulation window. We can change the virtual commands for each menu button in the Button Commands tab. We use JumpTT Title_1 to start the playback of the first title when the menu item "Title 1" is selected. The menu item "Set up" should display a menu page of the video title set. We leave the default virtual command as Nop (No Operation) and will change this item in the subsequent section when this setup menu page is created. The behavior of Play All is to resume playback. Additional virtual commands will be added in the VTS section to enhance the functionalities of Play All.

The following picture shows how to construct the virtual command from the various list boxes. This command resumes the playback where it was interrupted previously. A button value 0 indicates there is no highlight. This is useful to turn off all subpicture highlights regardless of the menu button positions when going from a VTS menu back to the title domain.

The Scenario Editor shows the playback links from the title menu buttons to the two titles in the VTS as following.
