The title menu is created as a PGC marked "Title" under the English language unit. Scenarist automatically creates the required program and cell to hold the display for the title menu page (as a still picture). The title menu is not operational until we add the menu items (commonly known as buttons) and assign appropriate playback actions to these menu buttons.
