We can make a cell seamless by selecting the appropriate attribute in the Seamless Flag drop-down list in the Property Browser window as following. Seamless playback refers to the continual flow of play with no noticeable delay or discontinuity. Note that the first cell of any PGC is non-seamless by default and cannot have the seamless attribute.

We now select the second cell, by clicking on the second cell icon, and make it seamless via the Seamless Flag drop-down list in the Property Browser window as following.

We need to repeat the above step for the last cell. The following picture is shown if everything is done properly.
