This DVD project creates only one video title with three chapters so only one PGC is sufficient. We continue to add the remaining chapters by dragging the second track 02r-t and drop it on the PGC icon as shown in the following picture.

The PGC now contains two programs (chapters 1 and 2). Each program contains the cells (multiplexed video and audio clips) for the required chapters. The cells of the chapters are marked NSM (non-seamless). We will modify this attribute to make the cells seamless in subsequent section.

We need to repeat the same procedure for the third track which corresponds to the last chapter in the PGC.
