The following screen is shown after all three buttons are created, resized, and repositioned. The drop-shadow effect is set to the default selection "Normal" for each button. You can try other drop-shadow effects if you have a different background image.

Now it is time to make each button active by linking it to the desired movie. To link the first button to the first movie, click to select the button and right-click to select the movie from the context menu as following.
