The following screen capture shows a typical layout of DVD-Lab Pro which has
four main windows: Project, Assets, Preview, and Main window.
The Project window shows a tree view of the current project. The tree components
represent major data structures of the DVD disc which can be expanded or collapsed
to let you see the entire architecture of the current DVD project. The Assets
window stores the location of your video and audio files and displays the file
attributes. This window is used to manage your project files such as video, audio,
and bitmap files. DVD-Lab Pro also provides many useful built-in assets to help
you quickly construct menu backgrounds and buttons for your authoring projects
via the Objects and Plug-Ins.
The Preview window lets you play back video clips stored in the Video & Audio
section of the Assets window.
To create a fresh new project, choose File and New from the drop-down menu as
following.
