This is a nice freeware tool which does your DVD burning with no bells and whistles, just a simple and straight-forward user interface.
To create your video DVD, launch Burn At Once.



Select the "Mastering" option and the drop-down menu "DVD-Video"



Click the button "Add Folder" to add the VIDEO_TS folder you want to burn. You can change the volume label of the DVD at this stage.



Click Compile and then Write to burn your DVD.
