The main movie and its menu can be fit into one DVD-R.

The backup options are:

Start with the main movie (select title 1)
when the backup disk is put in the DVD player

Remove all user prohibited options
so the Menu key can be pressed at any time,

Auto-repeat to replay the movie from the
beginning when the movie ends.

Generate the main movie and its menu on one DVD-R.

Rename the output folder (Disc1) to VIDEO_TS
before burning or playing.
